Jiaxing Hengfeng Stamping Parts Factory was founded in 2000, located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, mainly produces all kinds of stamping parts: Washers, agricultural machinery bearing seats, hinges, brackets, casters, non-standard stamping parts and so on

Since my father founded it in 2000, the factory has grown from 2 acres to 10 acres, and the turnover has increased from 500, 000 in the first year to 20 million last year. The development of the factory has always maintained a good trend and accumulated more than 20 local stable customers.

We mainly produce various types of stamping parts, such as washers, earthquake-resistant brackets, agricultural stamping bearing pedestal, stamping hinges and other stamping products. My factory currently covers an area of 10 acres, with 30 employees, 3 engineers, 20 punching machines ranging from 50 tons to 160 tons, and 10 CNC lathes. We started to customize according to drawings and samples when we were founded in 2000. In the past 20 years, we have developed a variety of high-difficulty stamping products and have been highly recognized by customers.

However, in the past 20 years of operation, 90% of our products are exported indirectly, not directly. Our customers are local trading companies and end users. So I not only obtained a Chinese diploma in college, but also a diploma from an American university, which greatly improved my English ability. After graduation, I entered a trading company to work and study. In three years of work, I became familiar with the process of foreign trade and established good cooperative relations with customers in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, India, Germany, Bangladesh, Paraguay and other countries.
